Great compliment to other Helko products

 on October 30, 2015
This is my third Helko product and I could not be happier! We rely on wood as our primary source of heat and use our Helko splitting axe almost daily. My wife hated the heavy hatchet we had so we decided to try this axe. I am happy to say it fits her hand well and now she is cutting the kindling again!

Needed one more hatchet ….

I just had to have another Helko hatchet. My 4th Helko – awesome product; if everything was made these days like a Helko, we’d be set. My next will probably be the Woodworker from the Pro Series. Spent the day out there making some fire wood, clearing brush, and enjoying the outdoors!

Five Stars

What I have purchased here is an exceptional hatchet. The pictures do the wood grain no justice, its very nice. The polished head is flawless as well as wood grain orientation. No problems cutting.

Get’s Werk done.

I am 110% satisfied. I can take this hatchet through a 10″ tree faster than a box store “name brand” full size ax.

Love it.. Great quality, if you want a axe or long handle hatchet this is the one.

superior metal and finish work

Incredible value, superior metal and finish work. Will last a lifetime of use or show as a collector piece to round out any knife or pistol collection showcase. Ha….it sounds like I work for the company. I have large pistol collection and starting up axe collection of Gransfors Bruks/ Hults Bruk/ soon to collect a Wetterlings. $49 is unheard of for this quality.. Polished the head to perfection….20 minutes tops and put a Bi Tone light and red cherry finish. Might get used as a camp axe but I’m leaning towards using the old Estwing for dirty work. Probably leaning towards getting the 5 axe collection on their website for $425 and give away during the holidays. Nope I actually don’t work for the company but had to write a review. I’ll post a pic if I anyone is interested.
